Handling Charges
A handling charge is charged on a per item basis to specifically pay for those expenses required to handle and/or pack and ship the item. This can include shipping materials (labels, tape, bubble wrap, packing peanuts) as well as any additional services required such as delivery and/or signature confirmation. These charges are usually small.
Easy Returns
We understand that an order does not always work out. In order to better satisfy our customers, we make returns and exchanges easy. All items purchased through our website can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase (sale items excluded). Any clothing products can be returned, unworn without any visible wear and tear. All items returned MUST accompany with the original sales receipt and a RMA#.
Please remember make a copy of the sales receipt for yourself before you return an item.
Returning An Item
You must call Amethyst Moon before returning an item. All returns must have a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Please ship the item back in the original packaging with the RMA# written on the shipping label.
